Editing Titles
Clicking on the title name will bring you into editing mode for that specific title, as shown below. Basic meta-data for the title can be easily edited on one page, including:
- Title
- Description
- Keywords
- Producer
- Series
- Running Time
- Copyright Year
- Grade Levels
- Expiration Date
- Allow Downloading
- Allow Segmentation
The producer and series are now selectable based on what you have already created in your own custom content section. Before adding new titles to the system, you will need to ensure that the proper producer already exists.
Clicking on the Series box will open up a list of all available series in your account. You may search or scroll through this list to find the appropriate series.
Filenames can be edited directly from this page. No need to enter full paths for titles any longer. Simply setup a server and select the appropriate extension for the content you have added to your server. MP4 for video, and MP3 for audio are the only two supported extensions for new content. To take advantage of advanced features like segment creation, MP4 is required.
The option to allow downloading is configurable at the title level as well. If this is not selected, the option to download a specific custom content title will be removed on the player page.
The allow segmentation option controls the ability for users to be able to create custom segments. If this is not selected, the option to create custom segments for a specific custom content title will be disabled.
** NOTE - Films On Demand customers will not see the download option. This is only available to Learn360 and Classroom Video On Demand customers.
