Editing Playlists
To edit playlists, you must be logged into your user account in the Infobase system. Log in at the upper right of the platform, under "My Profile." If you are logged in, you will see "Hi, Name!" in this area. The playlists are found under "My Content" in this area.
Making a playlist searchable and shareable requires the corresponding permission to be checked in the Admin Portal: Learn360 > Settings > Player Settings > Allow playlist sharing and copying.
Next to each playlist in "My Content," you will see a drop-down "Actions" menu.
Please note that if there are only one or two playlists, or if the playlist selected is at the bottom of the page, the menu options may be cut off; until this is resolved, you can add 3 - 4 "placeholder" playlists to access the full menu for the rest of the playlists.
Click edit in the drop-down menu to access the Playlist Editing page.
- Playlist Title - Editable field to modify the playlist name.
- Playlist Notes - Editable field to modify the playlist notes. This field will only appear on the user side if there are notes present.
- Thumbnail - Allows you to set a Thumbnail for your playlist, either by selecting the current frame from the player or uploading a custom image file.
- Upload Intro Video - Allows you to upload a custom video file to display at the beginning of your playlist. Supported file types are MP4, FLV, WMV, and MOV.
- Sequence - Allows you to drag-and-drop to change the sequence of the playlist items. You can also remove an item from this playlist by clicking the trash can icon to the right of the title.
- Playlist Settings - Check the box to make this playlist searchable in your account.
- Grades - Set grades to your playlist for improved searchability and to suppress content for materials matching the Admin suppression rules. You must choose one, but "All" is an option.
- Subjects - Set subjects for your playlist for improved searchability and to suppress content for materials matching the Admin suppression rules. You must choose one, but "All" is an option.
Sharing Playlists

The options in this area are:
- Delete - Delete this playlist. There is a pop-up confirmation screen, so ensure you have pop-ups unblocked for Learn360 if you're not seeing the prompt to confirm.
- Move - Allows you to move the playlist between folders. If you do not have folders, you will have to create one using the "Create Folder" option in the top menu before moving the playlist.
- Copy - Creates a duplicate of this playlist.
- Edit - Takes you to the edit screen as discussed above.
- Add to Search/Remove from Search - Make a playlist searchable or unsearchable in your account.
- Email - Will bring up an interface to send the playlist link via email, with optional message.
- Copy Link - Will put the URL of the playlist into your clipboard; paste into any text editing program or your browser address bar to view the link.
- Embed - Will bring up the Embed Code for the playlist, with various size options.
