Learn360 Classlink App - How to Add and Use

If your school or district is using Classlink, you have the option of accessing Learn360 via our Classlink app instead of having to remember a second username and password for Learn360.

The Learn360 Classlink App is an optional, FREE feature that can be set up for your account. For more information on Classlink, please visit their website.

How to add the Learn360 App

The Learn360 App is considered a Weblink within Classlink. Before it can be used, you must request a custom URL from our support department. This custom URL is required and will need to be inserted into the web address field of the Add Application form.

NOTE: Do not use the Learn360 legacy app from the App Library, as the connection is no longer supported.

  1. Contact Learn360 support (support@infobase.com) and request your Classlink custom URL.
  2. Support will provide you with a URL that resembles this example: http://xxxx.infobase.com/PortalPlaylists.aspx?wID=xxxxxx&classlink=x
  3. Login to your Learn360 Admin Portal and go to Learn360 > Product Settings > Integrations and turn ON Classlink sign-in and Enable Direct Classlink Classroom Login. You can also ask support to complete this step for you.
  4. Login to your Classlink management console as an Admin, as shown below.
  5. Click on Applications -> Add & Assign Apps.
  6. Click on the Add button.

  • Application Name: Learn360
  • Description: Learn360 is the premier streaming digital delivery service for the K–12 educational market: the complete district solution.
  • Icon: Click the Browse Icon button and search for Learn360_2.  Once you have selected the Learn360 icon, it will appear as shown below.
  • Category: Education
  • Subject: General Education
  • Auto Launch: Leave set to No
  • Single Sign-On App: Leave set to No
  • Web Address: Enter your support-provided custom URL here.
  • Privacy URL: https://infobase.com/infobase-data-security-and-privacy-policy/
  • Data Sharing URL: https://infobase.com/infobase-data-security-and-privacy-policy/
  • Terms of Service URL: https://infobaseadmin.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056203554-Infobase-Services-Terms-of-Use

Once you have finished entering all information, click Save to create your Learn360 App.

Once created, the app will show up in your list of Apps under Add & Assign Apps. You have the option of assigning any app to specific profiles or simply leaving it in the App Library for your teachers and students to add on their own. To assign, click "Assign", then choose profiles or other aspects of your account to assign it to. Consult the Classlink documentation for more information on assigning roles.

If you have assigned the app to user groups, it will appear on the appropriate person's My Apps page, as shown below.

At this point, the app is ready to be used.

If you are requiring your users to link an existing Learn360 account to Classlink, they will be taken to the below page the first time they access the Learn360 app from their Connected Partner Apps section.

This is only required the first time you come from Classlink. Once the accounts have been linked, you will have single-click access to Learn360 without having to remember another username and password or enter it for that matter.

Once you are logged into Learn360, you can view your linked account inside the My Profile section. Click on the Hi, <Your Name> menu in the top, right-hand corner of the site and select Profile.

Scroll down to the Connected Partner Apps section and you will find your Classlink ID.

If you wish to break the account link for any reason, you may do so by clicking on the blue, ON section of the Classlink Sign In switch so that it changes to a gray OFF. Click Save Changes at the bottom of this page and your Learn360 account will no longer be linked with your Classlink account. If you access Learn360 from Classlink again, you will have to go through the account linking process again.
